Halabja Chamber
On May 14, 2024, Mr. Liu Jun, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Erbil, along with the head of the consulate economic and business department, and Mr. Chen Goojing, Assistant Consul, visited the Halabja Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They were warmly welcomed by the President, deputies, and members of the Administrative Council.
The visiting delegation expressed their pleasure in visiting Halabja and discussed ways to strengthen the ties between the two sides. They expressed their full readiness to cooperate and provide information to the Halabja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, particularly in the field of tourism.
The delegation, accompanied by the President of the Halabja Chamber of Commerce, visited Zalm and Ahmad Awa resorts. They discussed the possibility of constructing a glass bridge over the Zalm water supply and decided to contact their related company in this field to work on the project.
