Meed Foundation’s First Human Development Conference at Halabja University

On March 13, 2024, Sardar Aamin, the vice Chairman of the Chamber, along with Sheikh Zayed Najmuddin, a board member of the Halabja Chamber of Commerce and Industry, participated in the first conference of the Meed Foundation for Human Development. The event took place in the central library hall of Halabja University, attended by Dr. Mahabad Kamal Abdulla, the University President, alongside several administrative and security officials. The conference focused on the significance of data science in strategic decision-making and the utilization of smart technologies to foster economic growth and enhance the quality of life. During the previous conference of Meed Foundation, Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani announced three initiatives projects, including Data Revolution, Smart Suly and the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum. Simultaneously, Halabja Agritourism Research Project (HARP) was also announced.
